Where is the rain?

ByKim Vogel 10/10/202105/07/2022

Rain, rain…… we invite you to come and shower our crops and fill up our tanks which have no drop left. On the Bivamuntuyo farm it’s a challenging time now the rain has delayed… We use at least 1000 liters a day to water our gardens, feed the animals, cook, clean and wash. We are so lucky with our new Tuku Tuku which is a great help to fetch water from the well these days but it’s a time consuming, physically tiresome and a costly way to get water.
Hopefully in the future we are able to purchase and install more water tanks at the project so we are better prepared for a prolonged dry season.
