Today I turn 45 years.

Today I turn 45.

I would have preferred to stay 44 forever,
but unfortunately, life goes on and so another year is upon us.

This morning I felt so grateful and realised that all the ups and downs
of the past 44 years were opportunities to grow and learn.
To become wiser and to discover what values are important in my life.

Freedom, love, sharing, caring and awareness
are high on my list, and I experience them all in this life, lucky me.

So I dive into the next 45 years of my life with confidence,
faith, excitement and curiosity,
because I believe that there are very beautiful years ahead.
